1/2 cup of chicken bone broth (organic preferred)
8 oz package cream cheese (cut into chunks)
8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled (or cheat and use the crumbles in the
1 cup shredded cheddar (or whatever cheese you prefer)
Pour broth into crock pot and add chicken cook for 4 hours on low.
After cooking, take two forks and shred the chicken and add all other ingredients.
You may keep in the crock pot or move to casserole dish and slightly bake to melt cheese.
You can serve as an appetizer with sliced cucumbers, or pita chips if not worried about carbs.
You can also serve over rice or pasta, and add any veggies to this before baking. This is so yummy! Enjoy.
