1 cored apple (honey crisp our favorite)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweet almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend well! *use your favorite protein powder to make this a meal

Handfuls of Pineapple, banana, cranberry, and kale.
Add some water, or unsweetened almond milk, or aloe juice!
1 organic beet root
2 large organic carrots
I large Cucumber
I Cup of Spinach
4 lettuce leaves
3-4 celery stalks
2 apples (cut up and cored)
8 oz water
prefer all organic and rinsed!
2 Stalks of Celery
1 whole Cucumber
add as much water or ice to fill it up
Carrot, Apple, Tomato Juice (better than V-8)
3 large organic Carrots
I fugi Apple cored
I big boy tomato, or a handful of cherry tomatoes
8 0z water or ice
Blend together in the Nutribullet, for 1 minute!
If using other blenders, please peel carrots and apples
