Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground turkey

1 medium onion, diced

4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese

1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt

2 (10 oz) cans Rotel diced tomatoes

1 Tbsp taco seasoning

4 cups bone broth (chicken or beef)

1–2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

½ cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey with diced onion until fully cooked. Drain any excess liquid.

While the turkey cooks, add the cream cheese, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the crockpot.

Add the cooked turkey and onions to the crockpot. Stir to combine.

Pour in the bone broth and stir well.

Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
