Overnight Oats

Serves 4

Prep Time 5 mins

Ingredients:
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk or nut milk
- 1 cup non-dairy yogurt
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Optional toppings including fresh berries, nuts, seeds, or nutbutter

Instructions:

- Add all ingredients into large bowl
- Stir until combined
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. You may divide the oats into individual jars if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Stir before serving
