Anti-Aging Juice with Blackberries and Apples

This juice is a nutrient powerhouse. You’ll be getting healthy doses of vitamins B6, C, and K, potassium, and magnesium. All of these are integral to keeping the body strong and healthy. Blackberries have a crisp bite with a subtle sweetness that meshes well with tartness of the green apple.
Ingredients:
- 2 c Blackberries
- 1 Green Apple, cored
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Celery Stalk
Directions:

Chop apple into sizable chunks for juicer. Leave skin on. Do not juice apple seeds or core.

Chop cucumber into sizable chunks for juicer. Leave skin on.

Chop the ends off the celery stalk and then cut into sizable pieces for juicer.
