Ingredients: ( Serving size: 12)

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sweetener
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon banana extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Optional: unsweetened chocolate chips or chopped walnuts to top with

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl first add all the wet ingredients together and mix well. Then add all the dry ingredients and combine together until you have a thick mixture.
  • Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan and place in oven, bake for 20-30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out dry.

Optional: Top your mixture with the unsweetened chocolate chips and/or walnuts (before baking)
