Keto Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients: ( Serving size: 12)
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup granulated sweetener
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ teaspoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon banana extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: unsweetened chocolate chips or chopped walnuts to top with
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl first add all the wet ingredients together and mix well. Then add all the dry ingredients and combine together until you have a thick mixture.
- Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan and place in oven, bake for 20-30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out dry.
Optional: Top your mixture with the unsweetened chocolate chips and/or walnuts (before baking)
