Keto Tuna Salad

This Keto tuna salad is easy to make, with minimal chopping, and the perfect way to enjoy a delicious lunch, without any of those pesky carbs to mess up your diet!

Ingredients:

2 (5-ounce) cans tuna packed in olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 stalk celery, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

1/2 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1/2 teaspoon Redmond’s real sea salt

1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

1/2 cup zero carb mayonnaise

1 tablespoon zero carb Dijon mustard

Directions:

Drain the tuna, then combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
