Skinny Pumpkin Latte

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
  • ¼ can pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups coffee
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Whipped cream (fat free)

Directions:

In a large pan on medium heat, combine first 5 ingredients and stir constantly until dissolved.

Add coffee (cold or hot) and heat until bubbles form around the edge of the pot. Divide between two large mugs. Top with whipped cream and nutmeg (optional). Best Pumpkin Latte ever!
