Ingredients:
- 2lbs ground turkey
- 1 small onion- diced
- 1 bell pepper- diced
- 24oz bone broth
- 28oz diced tomatoes
- 1 can of black beans- drained
- 2 taco seasoning packets
- 4oz low fat cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 garlic cloves- minced
- 4oz salsa
Instructions:
Using medium heat, saute the ground turkey, bell pepper and onion until the meat is done.
Then add bone broth, minced garlic cloves, taco seasoning and salsa.
Instant Pot: Set to high pressure for 2 minutes. When that is complete, release the pressure
naturally. Add the low fat cream cheese, heavy cream and shredded cheese to the pot and stir
until all is melted together. Blend the soup together.
Crock Pot: Add meat mixture as well as the cheeses to the Crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Mix to combine soup all together.
Garnish and serve with your choice of toppings.
