- 1/4 cup Butter (softened)
- 2 oz Cream cheese (softened)

- 1 large Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tbsp Sour cream (optional)
- 3 cups Blanched almond flour
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat the oven to 350F (177c).
- Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper
Step 2: Cream the Fats and Sweetener
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat together
